Friendly owners, large sites, clean bathroom, WiFi only in clubhouse or sites close by. Very secure. Very serene.

The wiring was funky, my 30 amp hookup was full of bugs and the needle of my interior gauge kept fluctuating. The WiFi wasn't working. And the deal breaker was the bathroom. It was greatly in need of repair, peeling paint, door wouldn't shut, only one bathroom. And it was filthy!

Loose dogs, poor wiring, run down and dirty bathroom. They advertised WiFi, but it wasn't working. Friendly owner, but blamed problems on others.

I spent a month here, everyone is very friendly. The sites are close together, but for being right the ocean you can't beat the price. Clean and well taken care of. Great WiFi. Near restaurants and stores.

There are many grungy rusty camper bodies with people living in them. Still, it is quiet at night and only ten minutes from the ocean. The WIFI is good. There is a Restaurant on site.

An older small campground, with waterfront sites right on an ocean inlet. Very friendly.

It is a little run down, but right on a lake.

Clean, well run, lots of activities, hot tub, community hall with excellent exercise room and equipment. Right on Milton Bay with place to park or rent a boat, plus a golf course.
